Corrective Measures, which is based on a graphic novel that is apparently more visual (cough), is childish, excruciatingly talky, overused, and generally boring. Rooker and Willis are undoubtedly the big draws, but it’s disappointing to see them both relegated to acting in a film that is so unworthy of their skills. Nevertheless, Willis’ small part is at least more intriguing than his one in Fortress: Sniper’s Eye. He is more lively and has a few extra sentences.
